Georgia Power challenged creative teams in a 48-hour competition to develop a campaign that would communicate their core values and the range of services they offer beyond supplying electricity. The goal was to engage their customers in a meaningful way, highlighting their commitment to reliability, innovation, social justice, and environmental responsibility.

Our team’s innovative solution leveraged AR technology to create an interactive experience in high-traffic public areas. We devised a campaign centered around the acronym "RISE," representing Georgia Power’s four pillars: Reliability, Innovation, Social Justice, and Environment. Each week, a new letter from the word "RISE" would appear in public spaces, inviting passers-by to use their smartphones to interact with the installation. When they focused their cameras on a letter, an AR avatar would emerge, sharing a fact about Georgia Power’s initiatives related to that specific pillar. The identity of the company remained a mystery until the final letter was revealed, at which point users were directed to a dedicated website where they could explore more detailed information about Georgia Power’s efforts in each area.

To culminate the campaign, we planned a drone light show that would celebrate the successful unveiling of "RISE" and solidify the brand’s message in a memorable way. Our campaign concept earned us 3rd place out of the 8 competing teams.
